Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Vizikard, operated by Alexandre Lessard – Solutions intégrées, a sole proprietorship registered in Québec (NEQ 2269043040), based in Saint-Cyprien-de-Napierville, Québec, Canada. By creating an account, you accept them.

The service

Vizikard lets you create digital business cards published at a cardname.vizikard.com address and installable on a phone. The service is free for now; paid plans may be added later. Nothing will be charged without your prior consent.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. You are responsible for access to that address and for what is done from your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content of your cards and only grant us the right to host and display it to run the service. You guarantee that you have the right to use the names, logos and trademarks you publish.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Vizikard to:

• impersonate another person or business;
• deceive people, including through phishing or links to malicious sites;
• publish content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others;
• harm the service or try to bypass its security.

We may suspend or delete a card or an account that breaks these rules. To report abuse: [email protected].

Organizations

The owner and administrators of an organization apply its brand to their members’ cards, and may edit and suspend them. A member removed from an organization loses their organization card.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Vizikard available and reliable, but the service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and may not exceed the amounts you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time from app.vizikard.com. We may end the service with reasonable notice by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there. They do not limit any right the law gives you as a consumer.

We will publish any change on this page. Significant changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Questions: [email protected].
